Tip:  When translating from Portuguese, notice how it doesn’t seem to make sense if you translate word for word… You need to consider the phrases and sentences as a whole and extract the meaning.  One word can translate as several, and several words can translate as one.  Remember it’s not code English, but the Portuguese language
